My name is Michael Kranz and I am the owner/operator of Clean Freak Pressure Washing, LLC. I established CFPW in 2019 because I am a complete freak when it comes to cleaning!! My business is driven by a desire to serve the community and provide services to clean, sanitize, refresh, and renew both residential and commercial properties. I am licensed and insured and emphasize providing outstanding customer service while delivering quality results with a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every job! If you are not happy, I will come back to fix it and make you happy!!
The importance of having a professional come to your home or business is paramount which is why I am a member of the professional association, Power Washers of North America. Through the PWNA, I earned my contractor certification in House Soft Washing, Roof Soft Washing, Flatwork, and Fleet Washing. SAFETY is my priority, not only for myself, but also for you, your family, your pets, and the environment. I am proud to say that I also completed OSHA 1910 certification through the PWNA to ensure the best safety practices when providing my services to you!

Originally from Chicago, I leisurely pressure washed for family, neighbors, and friends to clean up after the harsh winters in preparation for the welcomed warmth of Spring. That is when I discovered how much I enjoyed seeing the before and after results of pressure washing. I moved to Saint Augustine in 2005 to attend Physical Therapy School at the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences where I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy.
I instantly fell in love with the beautiful city of St. Augustine and the close-knit community. Throughout my long career in the medical field, I took pride and the utmost care to provide a hygienic environment to reduce risk of infection when caring for my patients. I currently still practice as a therapist but wanted to take my satisfaction for cleanliness and hygiene to a different level, so I decided to start Clean Freak Pressure Washing in St. Augustine!
This is my beautiful amazing daughter, Brielle “Bubbles” Kinsley. She is my world and my main motivator to serve St. Augustine and the surrounding communities. I love her with all my heart and she drives me to be my best as a person and also as a business owner. I am looking forward to having her join the Clean Freak Team one day!
